Bee Splendid has a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations policy. Our products are all either digital, made-to-order, or customized, which means we cannot accept returns or cancel orders in progress.

We offer a range of shipping options depending on the type of item you purchase. Some of our smaller items are shipped via letter mail with Canada Post to manage costs. Items shipped this way do not come with tracking or delivery guarantees. Bee Splendid assumes no liability for items lost in transit. If you need guaranteed delivery on an item normally shipped via letter mail, our upgraded shipping options include these features for an additional fee.
Items shipped as parcels via our print providers or with carriers such as Canada Post, ChitChats, FedEx, etc., will include tracking information. Shipping times will vary based on your location. Bee Splendid does not guarantee specific delivery dates, nor do we offer refunds for items that arrived after your expected delivery date/event (e.g. Christmas).
